How do we know that we are among Christ's sheep?

Answered in 1 source

We know we are among Christ's sheep if we exhibit the five marks: being blessed, heirs, righteous, serving, and confessing our sins.

To determine if one is among Christ's sheep, the presence of the five distinguishing marks must be evident in their life. These include being blessed by God, which signifies election before the foundation of the world; being an heir to the kingdom through Christ; being declared righteous by faith, which leads to service and love toward others. Additionally, true sheep have a humble acknowledgment of their sins, which inspires a deeper reliance on Christ for righteousness. A genuine faith manifests through these marks, providing assurance of one's standing before God.
