How do we know that we are made righteous?

Answered in 2 sources

Believers are made righteous through faith in Jesus Christ, who bears our sin and grants us His righteousness.

The righteousness of God is given to believers through grace, as they come to faith in Jesus Christ. The sermon explains that Christ became sin for us so that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. This gift of righteousness is not based on our works but on the accomplished work of Christ on the cross, where He bore our sins and satisfied God’s justice. Because of His successful atonement, believers can confidently claim their righteousness, ensuring their acceptance before God.
