How do we know that we are secure in Christ?

Answered in 2 sources

Our security in Christ is assured by God's promise to keep us from falling and present us blameless before Him.

Believers find security in Christ through the promises outlined in Scripture, most notably in passages like Jude 24-25, which assures us that God is not only capable of keeping us from falling but also of presenting us faultless before His presence with great joy. This assurance stems from the doctrine of eternal security, rooted in the conviction that those whom God has called, He will faithfully preserve.

The Reformed perspective emphasizes that God’s ability to secure our salvation is based on His sovereign will and redemptive plan, as revealed throughout the Bible. With the understanding that Christ has accomplished our redemption through His sacrifice, believers can rest assured that their standing before God is maintained not by their performance but by Christ's righteousness. The faithful promise that none of those for whom Christ died will ever perish gives us profound confidence in our salvation, highlighting God's unyielding grip upon His elect.
