How do we know that we have freedom in Christ?

Answered in 1 source

We know we have freedom in Christ because He has set us free from sin and the law, granting us true liberty.

The freedom we have in Christ is profound and derives from His sacrificial death, which has liberated us from the curse of the law and the penalty of sin. In Galatians 5:1, it states that we are to stand firm in this liberty that Christ provides. This freedom means we are no longer bound by the ceremonial laws and the yoke of bondage. Instead, we are called to live in obedience out of love for Christ, using our freedom to serve others rather than indulge in fleshly desires. This transformation is evidence of the Holy Spirit's work within us.
