How do we know the blood of Christ is effective for our salvation?

Answered in 1 source

The blood of Christ is effective for salvation because it is the only sacrifice that fully satisfies God's justice (Hebrews 9:14).

In Hebrews 9:14, we see that the blood of Christ is described as having the power to cleanse our consciences and secure eternal redemption. Unlike the blood of goats and calves, which were mere shadows of the true sacrifice, Christ's blood is significant because it is the blood of the God-man. His sacrifice was once and for all, effectively putting away the sins of many, and fulfilling God's demand for justice. Thus, believers can have confidence in the sufficiency of Christ's blood for salvation, as it is God's appointed means for atonement.
