How do we know the blood of Christ is sufficient for our sins?

Answered in 2 sources

The sufficiency of Christ's blood is established by Scripture, which states that it cleanses us from all sin and justifies us before God.

The blood of Christ is deemed sufficient as it fulfills the necessary requirements of divine justice for the forgiveness of sins. Romans 5:9 declares, 'Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.' This implies that the blood not only provides a legal justification but also delivers believers from the judgment they rightfully deserve. Furthermore, Hebrews 10:14 highlights that 'by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.' Therefore, the blood of Jesus is sufficient, fully accomplishing the work needed for salvation and enabling believers to stand righteous before God.
