How do we know the blood of Christ saves us?

Answered in 2 sources

The efficacy of Christ's blood is shown in Hebrews 9:12, where it states that through His own blood, Christ obtained eternal redemption for us.

The assurance of salvation through the blood of Christ rests in the testimony of scripture. Hebrews 9:12 states that 'by his own blood, he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us', signifying that His sacrifice was sufficient and final. This atonement does not need to be repeated; rather, it is once for all, offering a comprehensive cleansing from sin. Historical truths affirmed by the Apostles, particularly through phrases like Peter's declaration that we are redeemed 'with the precious blood of Christ', reinforce that faith in His blood results in salvation and lasting peace with God.
