How do we know the covenant is real?

God's covenant, particularly the covenant of grace, is a central theme throughout Scripture, culminating in Christ's fulfillment of the law and His atoning sacrifice. Hebrews 13:20 refers to Jesus' blood as the 'blood of the everlasting covenant,' which assures believers of their status in God's family through grace. Not only does Scripture affirm this, but the internal witness of the Holy Spirit confirms the covenant in the hearts of believers, making them aware of their assurances in Christ.
