How do we know the covenant promises to Abraham are fulfilled?

Answered in 1 source

The fulfillment of God's covenant promises is seen in the coming of Jesus Christ and through the establishment of a spiritual family of faith.

The promises made to Abraham find their ultimate fulfillment in Jesus Christ, who is the central figure of God's redemptive plan. By faith, Abraham looked forward to the coming of the Messiah. As Galatians 3:29 states, 'If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.' Through faith in Christ, believers are incorporated into this covenant family, thus confirming that God's promises are everlasting and realized in the lives of those who trust in Him. This illustrates that the covenant's blessings extend beyond physical lineage to a spiritual heritage rooted in faith.
