How do we know the elect will not be deceived?

Answered in 2 sources

The elect will not be deceived because they recognize the true voice of Christ and have been forewarned (Mark 13:23).

The assurance that the elect will not be deceived comes from Jesus' promise in Mark 13:23, where He instructs His followers to take heed and be aware of the deception that will arise. The elect are those who know Christ intimately; they have heard His voice and understood His gospel of grace. This personal relationship gives them the discernment needed to spot falsehoods when they arise. Because they have been forewarned and have an inherent spiritual clarity, they will not follow after false prophets or accept a Christ that does not align with the truths of Scripture.
