How do we know the gospel covenant is true?

Answered in 1 source

The gospel covenant is true as it is rooted in God’s promises and fulfilled through Christ's life, death, and resurrection.

The gospel covenant finds its foundation in the historical acts and promises of God, beginning long before Christ’s earthly ministry. According to Hebrews, the old covenant served as a shadow of the new covenant fulfilled in Christ, who offers salvation for all. The reality of the gospel covenant lies in Christ being our high priest and the ultimate sacrifice for sin, as established in the Levitical laws. Throughout scripture, we see God’s unchanging nature and the central role of Jesus' sacrificial death, which confirms the truth of the gospel covenant offered to both Jews and Gentiles alike.
