How do we know the Gospel of Jesus fulfills the concept of Jubilee?

The Gospel embodies the fullness of the Jubilee by proclaiming liberty to the captives and healing for the brokenhearted, as expressed in Isaiah 61:1-2. Jesus, in His earthly ministry, declared that He came to fulfill this very prophecy, proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord. His death and resurrection provide ultimate atonement and restoration, marking the true spiritual Jubilee where believers are set free from the bondage of sin and death, thus fulfilling the shadow of the Jubilee found in Leviticus.
