The Holy Spirit is active today by guiding believers into all truth and glorifying Christ in their lives.
The activity of the Holy Spirit in the present day can be discerned through His role in guiding believers into the truth, as described in John 16:13. The Holy Spirit acts as a helper, teaching, reminding, and illuminating our understanding of Scripture, thereby pointing us towards Christ. His presence in our lives enables us to confess Jesus as Lord and compels us to live in accordance with His teachings. Furthermore, wherever the Spirit is at work, there is a clear glorification of Jesus Christ, reinforcing the truth that any ministry devoid of this glorification is not of the Holy Spirit. In essence, the manifestations of Christ-like character and the proclamation of the gospel serve as evidence of the active presence of the Holy Spirit today.
