How do we know the Holy Spirit is present in our worship?

Answered in 1 source

The presence of the Holy Spirit in worship is evident when Christ is glorified in all aspects of the service.

In the context of worship, we must assess whether everything we engage in glorifies Christ. The Holy Spirit's presence is characterized by magnifying the person and work of Jesus Christ rather than drawing attention to any other aspect. As stated in John 16:14, the Holy Spirit's mission is to glorify Christ, thus any worship or ministry that fails to uplift Christ does not exhibit the true work of the Spirit.
