How do we know the interpretation of the gospel is true?

Answered in 1 source

We know the gospel's interpretation is true because Jesus Christ fulfilled the prophecies and His words have proven certain (Matthew 5:18).

The veracity of the gospel is affirmed in its historical and prophetic fulfillment, particularly through Christ’s life, death, and resurrection. In Genesis 40, Joseph accurately interprets the dreams of the butler and baker, foreshadowing the absolute certainty of God's promises. Jesus stated in Matthew 5:18, 'For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.' This reflects the unwavering reliability of God’s revelation, showing us that the interpretations and promises found in the gospel are firmly established and indeed true.
