How do we know the promise of being filled is true?

Answered in 1 source

We know it is true because it is a promise made by Jesus, who cannot lie, and it is affirmed by the experiences of those who seek Him.

The assurance that those who hunger and thirst for righteousness shall be filled is rooted in the authority and faithfulness of Christ. This promise is not a mere suggestion but a declaration from the One who embodies truth. Throughout Scripture, God has demonstrated His faithfulness to satisfy those who genuinely seek Him. Furthermore, believers' testimonies throughout history affirm that when they turn to God with a sincere desire for righteousness, He responds abundantly, fulfilling that deep longing. It stands as a guarantee that God's word is true and reliable, and His fulfillment will lead to spiritual fullness and joy.
