How do we know the resurrection of Christ is important?

Answered in 2 sources

Christ's resurrection affirms the validity of our faith and assures believers of their own resurrection.

The resurrection of Jesus is central to Christian faith because it confirms that God accepted Christ's sacrifice for sin, as illustrated in 1 Peter 1:3. When Christ said, 'It is finished,' His resurrection three days later was God's 'Amen' to that statement. The resurrection guarantees that believers will also rise and live eternally with Christ. As noted in Hebrews 6:19, this hope acts as an anchor for our souls, assuring us of our future with Him, reinforcing that He is alive to save all who come to God through Him.
