How do we know there is a God?

Answered in 1 source

We know there is a God through creation and the conscience within each person, as stated in Romans 1.

The existence of God is made evident through two primary means: creation and the internal conscience. Romans 1:20 articulates that the invisible attributes of God are clearly seen in the things made, leaving all men without excuse. Moreover, God has instilled a conscience in every individual that bears witness to His truth, even in those who have never encountered Scripture. This natural revelation ensures that all humanity recognizes God's existence, providing ample evidence of His divine nature and prompting a response of awe and reverence.
