How do we know we are complete in Him?

Answered in 1 source

We recognize our completeness in Christ through faith, which assures us of our full acceptance and fullness in Him.

The knowledge of being complete in Christ is rooted in the gospel and our faith in Him. Scripture indicates that we were chosen and completed in Christ even before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4). This means that our spiritual completeness is not contingent on our actions or conditions but is secured in the person of Christ. By believing in Him, we are assured that no act, experience, or work is needed to attain this completeness, as it is fully accomplished in Christ alone.
