How do we know we are made holy by God?

Answered in 1 source

We are made holy through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ (1 Peter 1:18-20).

Our holiness originates from the redemptive work of Christ, who paid the price for our sins with His precious blood. In 1 Peter 1:18-20, it is stated that we are redeemed not with perishable things, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish. This sacrificial act not only atones for our sins but also imparts holiness to us. It is essential to understand that our inherent unholiness cannot be changed through our efforts; rather, it is through Christ that we are cleansed and made holy in the sight of God.
