How do we know we are part of the sheep of Christ?

Answered in 1 source

Those who are Christ's sheep hear His voice and follow Him (John 10:27).

Believers can identify themselves as part of Christ's sheep by their responsiveness to His voice. Jesus states in John 10:27, 'My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.' This implies that genuine followers of Christ will recognize His call through Scripture and the preaching of the Gospel. Moreover, the Spirit of God enables them to respond to this call, confirming their election and belonging to Him. This relationship underscores the Reformed doctrine of irresistible grace, which teaches that God's elect will inevitably come to faith because of God's initiative and power.
