How do we know we have the grace of God?

Answered in 1 source

We know we have the grace of God by examining our faith in Christ and our consistent pursuit of holiness and peace.

In Hebrews 12:15, believers are urged to look diligently to ensure they do not fail of the grace of God. This self-examination involves recognizing whether we have peace with God through Christ and whether we exhibit holiness in our lives. The assurance of grace is linked to our faith in the redemptive work of Christ. As we lay hold of our peace and holiness obtained through Him, we gain confidence in our standing with God. Thus, regular self-assessment against the truths of Scripture helps confirm the reality of God's grace in our lives.
