How do we know we have the true ministry?

Answered in 1 source

We can confirm having the true ministry by faithfully preaching the gospel of grace and remaining centered on Christ.

To know if one has the true ministry, one must evaluate whether they preach Christ and the gospel of grace. Paul indicates that the true ministry declares the truth about Christ and exposes the lies of religion. It emphasizes God's grace as the base of salvation, which He gives freely to those He chooses. Furthermore, a distinctive characteristic of a true ministry involves the preaching of the whole counsel of God in sincerity and truth, as Paul articulated his commitment to declare God's message without distortion. As members of Christ's body, we must continually look for Christ in the scriptures, recognizing that our salvation and calling derive from Him alone.
