How do we know we will see the goodness of the Lord?

The promise of seeing the goodness of the Lord is affirmed in Psalm 27:13 where David expresses his faith saying, 'I would have fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.' This statement reflects the foundational belief that God’s goodness is not only a future hope but a present reality that believers experience through faith. It is this faith, granted by the Holy Spirit, that enables God’s people to look beyond their current trials and trials and cling to the assurance that they will ultimately witness the fullness of God's goodness in eternity.
