How do we know who God's true servants are?

Answered in 1 source

God's true servants can be known by their faithfulness in preaching the gospel and their ability to feed the congregation with spiritual truth.

The true servants of God are those who faithfully preach the Word of God and are recognized as gifts to the church. According to Ephesians 4, pastors and teachers are given by Christ to edify the body of believers. A discernible mark of a true servant is their commitment to feed the flock with sound doctrine, showing faithfulness in their ministry. When congregants acknowledge and receive the preaching of the Word as coming from God, it confirms the pastoral authority given to these leaders, reflecting that they are indeed sent by the Lord to nurture His people.
