How do we preach God's Word if we don't understand everything about God?
Answered in 1 source
We are called to preach what we know and trust God with the mysteries we do not understand.
In Exodus 4:22, God instructs Moses to deliver the message He has provided, which highlights the principle that believers should preach what they know about God's gospel, even if they do not grasp all intricacies. Faith does not require exhaustive knowledge but rather a willingness to declare the truths revealed in Scripture. This principle is echoed in Deuteronomy 29:29, where it states that the secret things belong to the Lord. Believers are to focus on what has been made known, such as God's judgment and redemptive grace through Jesus Christ. By doing so, they fulfill their responsibility as witnesses while acknowledging the depth of God’s wisdom and understanding.
