How do we respond to idolatry in our culture?

Answered in 1 source

Christians should respond to idolatry by proclaiming the truth of the gospel and declaring the glory of God.

The Apostle Paul was stirred in spirit by the idolatry he observed in Athens, prompting him to declare the truth of the one true God. Christians today are called to similarly confront the idolatry present in our society, which often manifests in the pursuit of materialism, pleasure, or false teachings. By exposing the error of these beliefs and proclaiming the true God revealed in Scripture, believers can guide others toward true worship and understanding. Our motivation should be a desire for God's glory and a passion for restoring the souls of those lost in idolatrous practices.
