How do we see God's mercy in our lives?

Answered in 1 source

God's mercy is evident in His willingness to forgive our sins and His compassion toward our struggles.

The concept of mercy in Scripture reflects God's deep compassion for humanity, especially in our brokenness. In Ephesians 2:4-5, we see that 'God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions.' His mercy is the foundation for our salvation and ongoing support in our spiritual lives. When trials arise, they can often be opportunities for God to showcase His mercy, allowing us to realize our need for Him. Such moments can reveal our weaknesses and lead us to seek His grace, illustrating that we are not dealt with according to our sins because of His abundant mercy.
