How do we worship God in the Spirit?

Answered in 1 source

We worship God in the Spirit through an understanding of His revelation in Christ and living in accordance with that truth.

Worshiping God in the Spirit is fundamentally about understanding and response. It involves recognizing and internalizing the revelation of God through Christ, who embodies the message of the gospel. As Paul states, true worship stems from the understanding of who Christ is and what He has accomplished. This means we come to God with our prayers and praise, not only as a ritual practice but as a heartfelt expression that is grounded in our comprehension of His grace and truth. Hence, our worship is authentic when it is informed by the Spirit’s leading and saturated with the truths of Scripture, centering our lives around Christ, who fulfills all righteousness.
