How does a Christian seek the Lord according to Scripture?

Answered in 1 source

Christians seek the Lord through a sincere heart, under a sense of need, in faith and continually.

Christians are called to seek the Lord sincerely and continuously, as Jeremiah emphasizes in Lamentations 3:25, stating, 'The Lord is good unto them that wait for him.' Seeking the Lord involves coming with a sense of need, acknowledging our spiritual condition and the necessity for God's mercy and grace. Moreover, seeking the Lord should be rooted in faith, trusting in His word and promises. True seekers will not only express a desire for His blessings but will cherish a personal relationship with Christ, the essence of our hope.
