How does Christ's humanity relate to His divinity?

Answered in 1 source

Christ's humanity does not diminish His divinity; rather, it completes His role as our mediator and Savior.

The mystery of Christ's dual nature as fully God and fully man is fundamental to His work of salvation. In Hebrews 1, while the angels are created beings, Jesus, as the God-man, is elevated and serves as our mediator. His humanity allows Him to empathize with our struggles and weaknesses, as He was tempted in every way as we are yet without sin. This union of natures is essential for Christ to serve as our intercessor and high priest, fully able to bring humanity before God while simultaneously being God Himself, making Him uniquely qualified to redeem His people.
