The remarkable truth of the Christian faith is that the Lord Jesus Christ, who is crowned with glory and honor, will share that glory with His church and His people. Ephesians 2:6 illustrates that believers are raised up with Christ and seated in heavenly places, emphasizing our unity with Him. When Christ prayed for the glory He had with the Father before the world was, He was declaring the intimate connection that believers have with Him. This sharing of glory signifies that all the honor and recognition bestowed upon Christ will also be the portion of those who trust in Him, making our future hope secure and certain as partakers of divine glory.
