How does God comfort us in times of trouble?

Answered in 2 sources

God comforts us through His presence and the fellowship of believers during our tribulations (2 Corinthians 1:4).

In times of trouble, God's comfort comes as He identifies with our suffering, promising that He will be with us. The Apostle Paul writes about the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our tribulations so that we can in turn comfort others. This relational aspect of God's grace not only provides immediate relief but also fosters a community of support among believers. Thus, when we experience God’s comfort, we gain the capacity to extend that same comfort to those who may be struggling, building a network of encouragement rooted in God’s love.
