How does God help us in our struggles?

Answered in 1 source

God helps us by being our protector and strength, as demonstrated in Psalm 63:7.

David expresses in Psalm 63:7, 'Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.' This illustrates that God provides help and protection in our times of trouble. Just like a mother hen shelters her chicks, God offers spiritual shelter and security to His people. He is our defender against all evil and discouragement, upholding us through His power. In reflecting on our struggles and God's faithful assistance, believers are encouraged to trust in His providence and to find reassurance knowing that He is actively working for our good. Remembering how God has helped us in the past strengthens our resolve to trust and rejoice in Him amidst challenges.
