In Ezekiel 37, God commands Ezekiel to prophesy to the dry bones, and this prophetic word is instrumental in bringing life. Verse 10 states, 'So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived.' This shows that the Spirit of God is the one who brings transformation. It is important to distinguish that while the preaching of the Word is essential, it is the Spirit’s work that imparts life.
