How does God open our eyes to see the truth?

Answered in 1 source

God opens our eyes by His grace, enabling us to perceive spiritual truth and the glory of Christ.

In the sermon, it is emphasized that man, in his fallen state, is blind to spiritual truth because of the pervasive darkness within. God must act sovereignly to open our eyes, allowing us to see and understand the truths of the Gospel. The faith of Jesus Christ, shining amidst our darkness, is what can illuminate our minds and hearts (2 Corinthians 4:6). This divine illumination is essential for true comprehension and belief in Christ's redemptive work.
