How does God reveal Christ to us?

Answered in 4 sources

God reveals Christ to us through His grace, enabling us to see and treasure Him in our hearts.

The sermon explains that Christ is hidden from the wise and prudent, as noted in Matthew 11:25, but can only be seen through divine revelation. God, in His sovereign grace, chooses to open the eyes of the blind and grants understanding to those who do not seek Him. It is through the hearing of the Word and the calling of the Spirit that individuals can recognize and treasure Christ as Lord and Savior. Without God’s initiative, we would remain blind to the gospel truth, but His grace makes it possible for us to see and cherish this great treasure.
