How does God's grace affect our priorities?

Answered in 1 source

God's grace transforms our hearts, enabling us to prioritize Him above all else (Hebrews 12:2).

Our natural inclinations often lead us to prioritize worldly desires, but God's grace intervenes and alters our priorities. Through His grace, we are given the ability to seek first His Kingdom. Hebrews 12:2 reminds us to look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who endured the cross out of love for us. This grace instills a desire in our hearts to honor Him and fulfill His will. As believers experience the transformative power of grace, they find themselves naturally desiring to place Christ and His gospel at the center of their lives, sidelining lesser priorities.
