How does God's sovereignty relate to our personal challenges?

Answered in 1 source

God's sovereignty assures us that all our challenges are under His control and for our good.

Understanding God's sovereignty provides profound comfort during life's difficulties, as it assures us that nothing occurs outside of His will. Romans 8:28 teaches that 'all things work together for good for those who are called according to his purpose.' This means that even trials and tribulations are part of His divine plan, shaping us more into the image of Christ and ultimately serving our good. In moments when we face hardships, remembering that the Lord reigneth can bring peace, for we realize that our struggles are known to Him, and He is working through them to achieve His purposes for our lives.
