How does God’s sovereignty relate to our worship?

Answered in 1 source

God's sovereignty undergirds our worship as He is ultimately in control and worthy of our praise.

The concept of God's sovereignty is deeply intertwined with our act of worship. The assurance that God is sovereign means that all things are under His authority and providence. In Psalm 92, the psalmist recognizes God's mighty works as a reason for praise. Worship is a response to understanding that not only does God create and sustain life, but He also has a plan in every circumstance. Knowing that He is in control encourages believers to express trust through worship, acknowledging His faithfulness and omnipotence in all areas of life.
