How does God's timing affect His blessings?

Answered in 1 source

God's timing is perfect, often leading us to deeper faith and understanding before He bestows His blessings.

Throughout the sermon, examples of God's perfect timing illustrate that often we may perceive delays in receiving blessings as abandonment. However, God's timing always aligns with His sovereign purpose. For instance, the healing of Lazarus when Jesus delayed responding to the call for help exemplifies that God's delays can lead to greater manifestations of His glory. In John 11, Martha expressed her disappointment in Jesus's absence during Lazarus's sickness, yet His subsequent miracle not only raised Lazarus from the dead but also deepened Martha's faith and understanding of Jesus as the Resurrection and the Life. Thus, God uses our waiting periods to prepare us for His blessings, allowing for the growth of our faith and a greater revelation of His power.
