How does God try our faith?

Answered in 1 source

God tries our faith through trials and challenges, ultimately strengthening our reliance on Him.

God uses trials to try and test the faith of believers, revealing their dependence on Him. In the sermon, it was highlighted that trials are designed to show that Christ is all that believers need. As seen in Acts 27, the sailors faced a storm that tested their resolve and ability to trust in God’s promises. Each trial serves to increase faith, allowing believers to recognize that their strength lies not in themselves, but in the Lord. God's grace sustains His children through these difficulties, ensuring that they are reminded of His faithfulness and the security found in Him.
