How does God use the church to grow believers?

Answered in 1 source

God uses the church by connecting believers as members of one body, enabling them to share truth and love to foster spiritual growth.

In Ephesians 4:16, the Apostle Paul explains that God compacts believers together in unity through the gifts given by Christ. As members of the body of Christ, each believer supplies what is needed for the growth and edification of the church. This interconnectedness allows believers to encourage one another, support each other in trials, and build each other up in the faith. Through the ministry of the church, God ensures that His people are nourished, grow in grace, and are equipped for the work of the ministry, all while fostering a love that reflects Christ’s love for His own.
