How does God view the sins of those who have faith in Christ?

Answered in 1 source

God views the sins of believers who have faith in Christ as forgiven and no longer remembered.

For those who have faith in Christ, God views their sins as completely forgiven and blotted out of His sight. This is beautifully illustrated in Jeremiah 31:34, stating that God will remember the iniquities of His people no more. Additionally, Psalm 103:12 emphasizes that as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. This presents a picture of total forgiveness and cleansing, giving believers confidence that their sins are not held against them anymore, thanks to the redemptive work of Jesus Christ.
