How does grace relate to works in the life of a believer?

Answered in 1 source

Grace leads to good works in believers' lives, as they are created in Christ for that purpose.

In Ephesians 2:10, Paul declares that we are 'His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.' While good works do not contribute to salvation, they are the natural outcome of a life transformed by grace. This means that true faith, resulting from God's grace, actively expresses itself through love and good deeds. It's important to understand that while we aren’t saved by works, our salvation is evidenced by them, demonstrating the transformative power of God's grace in our lives.
