How does one find truth according to the Bible?

Answered in 1 source

According to the Bible, truth is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

The Bible presents truth not merely as a set of doctrines or moral rules, but as a person — Jesus Christ. In John 14:6, Jesus explicitly states, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life.' This affirms that true knowledge of God and His ways comes through knowing and relating to Christ. The Apostle Paul warns in Colossians 2:8 against being spoiled by philosophy and empty deceit, reiterating that genuine understanding comes from Christ. Therefore, to find truth, one must develop a personal relationship with Jesus, allowing His teachings and example to shape one’s understanding of reality.
