How does partaking in the Lord's Supper strengthen faith?

Answered in 1 source

Partaking in the Lord's Supper nourishes our faith by reminding us of Christ's sacrifice and our constant need for Him.

The act of participating in the Lord's Supper serves to strengthen a believer's faith through constant reminder and nourishment in the gospel. Each time we partake, we recall Christ’s sacrificial love and acknowledge our continual need for His grace. As mentioned in the sermon, just as we need physical food to sustain our bodies, the Lord’s Supper nourishes our spiritual lives by reaffirming our connection to Christ. This act not only rejuvenates our spiritual appetite but also encourages us to keep coming back to Him for sustenance and growth in faith.
