How does the blood of Christ affect our worship?

Answered in 1 source

Our worship is accepted by God through the blood of Christ, enabling us to come confidently before Him.

The blood of Christ profoundly impacts our worship by providing the means through which we can approach God with confidence. According to Hebrews 10:19-22, it is 'by the blood of Jesus' that we gain the boldness to enter the holy place. This signifies that our acceptance before God is not based on our works or merits but solely on the sacrifice of Christ. When we worship, it is essential that our worship be rooted in an awareness of Christ's atoning work. This allows us to worship in truth and spirit, bringing our prayers and praises before God with the assurance that we have been made clean and holy in His sight through Christ. Without this understanding, our worship becomes hollow and lacks the transformative power intended by God.
