How does the concept of being one in Christ affect our relationships?

Answered in 1 source

Being one in Christ calls us to humility and unity, encouraging believers to love and serve one another.

Ephesians 2:14-16 teaches that Christ has abolished the enmity between different groups, making them one body. This unity should profoundly impact how believers interact with one another. It means that our identity in Christ transcends any earthly divisions or prejudices. As we acknowledge that we are all equal recipients of God’s grace, we are compelled to love each other genuinely, serving and honoring one another. This perspective fosters unity in the body of Christ, as Paul encourages us to forbear one another in love and maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3).
