How does the Holy Spirit comfort and instruct believers?

Answered in 1 source

The Holy Spirit comforts and instructs believers by revealing Christ and applying His truths to their hearts.

The Holy Spirit is sent to minister to believers, serving as a comforter who instructs and reminds them of the grace of God in Christ. He brings understanding to our hearts, revealing the depths of our sin while simultaneously directing us to the Savior who has redeemed us. The Spirit also affirms our identity in Christ, leading us into deeper obedience as He comforts us in our trials and struggles. As the Spirit hovers over us, He nurtures our faith, reinforces our hope, and encourages us to walk in the way of righteousness.
